My CPU Fan has started to spin realllly fast recently.

Now I downloaded CPU Fan, and the temperature that sticks out is the GPU temperature. It tells me ~70 for it, with everything else being ~50.

So I'm wondering what I should do to make my GTX 260 cool better.

Should I try opening it up and cleaning the dust out (like actually unscrewing the GPU and taking it apart) ?

70 is fine, worry when it's just under boiling point

turn the fan speed up a bit.

Clean dust from your case, if there is any.

Tuck cables to the sides.

Allow proper venting out of the back of your case.

If you use a laptop,try not to put it somewhere where it will over heat...that leads to errors.If your a using a desktop,you should clean the dust by using compressed air can.
