Recently my computer started making a buzzing sound, it happens about every 10 seconds and will buzz for about 5seconds then pauses for 2 then buzzes again for 5 seconds and repeats... the computer seems fine but the sound wont stop... what could make the sound?

Firstly: Is it a laptop or a desktop?
Secondly, if it is a laptop, put your hand near the exhaust and see if you can feel anything blowing out, if not your fan may be screwing up. Which causes this loud annoying noise, then on a hot enough day a BSOD.

Have you got speakers plugged in? Try removing them, and using headphones (to see if it's the speakers making the noise).

Try just taking out different components and turning on the computer. No noise when your computer doesn't have XXX component in it? It must be that component.

It sounds like a fan dying, literally. It could also be your hard drive vibrating.

if you're 100% sure it's not a fan, it sounds like it could just be coil whine, in which case it will probably change pitch depending on gpu load. it's completely harmless. annoying is it's only real trait.
it generally sounds like it's name though, a whine.

well it sounds like a warning buzz .. if it happens exactly every 10 seconds i doubt it would be a hard drive or a fan... i guess ill try swapping out components 1 by 1..
EDIT: not the ram\vid card those are fine, the sound seems to be comming from the V10 or the motherboard near it..I dont see any coils on the mobo but cant see under the v10 and i cant remember seeing any before..
