How do I cheat?

Okay I changed the value of some money on an online private server game of runescape. I have 999,999,999 gold but when i go to trade someone or go to my bank it goes back to its original value. is there any way i can keep it the value of 999,999,999 just so i can cheat and buy items with it?

online games are server sided and money is not controlled by the client so u cant change it w/ CE. You can try packet editing since its a private server but u will prolly get banned or something
