I've heard of a pre-paid debit card or similar that acts like a gift card, but you can use it online, how do I obtain one without my parent's consent?

P.S. Not yet 18, so I can't get a credit card.

Prepaid visas, they are in every walmart with all the other cards

Yeah, you can just buy them in stores. No fuss, no muss. Prepaid visas were INVENTED for teenagers who want to buy crap on the internet.
