Congrats! I just finished morning routine, and I was alreadu supremely sore from yesterday, Gonna get a shower then go for an hour bike ride or something.

I have nothing else to do this summer, why not exercise? Maybe I'll have noticeable results by the end of summer. By noticeable I mean I want to be around 160 or so. ;|
