if you're really trying to go low poly, you shouldn't model the inside of the barrel, generally it eats a lot of polies and is never seen in first person since there's more than likely no reason for you to ever point your own gun in your face.
you can also get away with chopping away some of the side of the model sometimes. if you're holding the weapon in a right handed way, you'll might never see the right side of the gun depending on the animation.
also the grip looks weird, you'll probably find chamfer (and bevel) operations useful in creating smooth surfaces for stuff like that.

how many poly's does the trigger shield have?
too many , it should be 16 max, but instead you used a high poly cylinder which isn't necessary , and doesn't make the model look better.
but this is an improvement to your older projects , so good job.
