the VoIP phone company that im using was trying to sell me their IPTV service and i can't help my self but to flame him.

IPTV is basically a TV set-top box that streams tv programs using internet

since most internet prviders limit their customers' bandwidth usage per month and charge extra for over-limit, why would anyone want to to watch TV on a internet connection and get raped by their internet bill?!?1

Not everyone has bandwidth usage per month. There are some good unlimited plans out there.

Not everyone has bandwidth usage per month. There are some good unlimited plans out there.
I know I don't. Sounds pretty good actually. I could do away with the need for a tv if I buy a converter box with a switch for console games.
