Getting into my own router.

The company that deals with supplying our technology stuff over here has provided the internet and a WRT120N router.
They have blocked certain ports (most importantly uTorrent and Limewire).

Is there a way to unblock these ports?
Is there a way to see what ports are
open, so I can set uTorrent to use that port?
Is there a way to get the password to login to 192.168.1.1.

I have physical access to the router.

find reset button, press in with tip of a pen or something

The internet is PPPoE. I am afraid if I reset then I will lose the username and password, which will mean I will have to call in the lousy tech support guys, and tell them I reset it.

Default Username and pass for your router is admin/admin. You can reset it with ease, and if you want to use Torrents, just change the port with in the program.

I've got it too, but I wish I didn't. No Tomato or dd-wrt.
