I doubt anyone knows this game (I guess you can call it a poker-like game), but I'm trying to create a game as my first, real project/coding.
I've never done anything with graphics, so I am completely clueless..
I have messed around with various programming languages, such as C++, Autoit, and Visual Basics, but I have not really gotten into any graphical design with those.
I'm looking to set up a card game with 2 or more players, and have cards dealt and stuff, with each player taking turns. (if more info is needed for the game, please ask) but with knowledge of doing this, I think I can go on with the rest of it myself.
Would anyone take the time to show me an example, and/or give some information?

No idea your age, but if you're going to get into computer science on a public education level, you should turn your eyes to Java, as it's most likely what you'll be made to learn.
Oh and card games actually tend to be pretty common learning experiences in classrooms and online teaching programs, so if you just google 'Card Game Example in ' + <whatever programming language> you should be able to find some good examples, often with comments in them explaining what everything does.
Note: Java is free and works on all(most) computer operating systems with java installed.

Thanks for the help!
