Every time I connect my USB up to my computer it says, "This USB device is not recognized." The headset is only a few months old and has barely been used, I can't find any drivers ect to fix this problem I have un-installed the USB and then reinstalled them.

What can I do ?

Its broken. The usb connector or something on the mic is broken. I have had this issue with wirless adapters. They got old and the usb attachment part of it woud start to bend a bit. The soldering was shot and so it was not connecting with it properly. As a result windows shows usb device not recognized. These objects have drivers built in, so its just not responded to windows with its name.
