I'm pretty much the security system is not telling you that you have a virus and its not letting you see the page but the opposite.
the web page you want to visit may contain malicious software and the system is preventing you from getting infected.

and if I'm wrong and it is really restricting you because you have a virus then:

if you are 100% sure you are clean, cleaning the cache of your browser and all the temp data should do it.

or you might have a virus you don't know about. Try scanning your disks.
