My computer keeps getting that IP has exceeded download, but I restarted my Router, but it keeps saying it, any others ideas?

| or u can borrow a friends account if they have premium. or u can use a proxy server thingy. u know, the thing that helps you get around proxy servers.

- Restart MODEM.

| Most cable ISPs use DHCP and the modem will get a new IP address when it's connected to a router with a different MAC address. Depending on how long they reserve IPs, you can change the router back to default to restore an IP.
