My computer keeps getting that IP has exceeded download, but I restarted my Router, but it keeps saying it, any others ideas?

or u can borrow a friends account if they have premium. or u can use a proxy server thingy. u know, the thing that helps you get around proxy servers.

  1. Go to router web access site, change hardware MAC address.
  2. Restart MODEM.

Most cable ISPs use DHCP and the modem will get a new IP address when it's connected to a router with a different MAC address. Depending on how long they reserve IPs, you can change the router back to default to restore an IP.
