I play a game, and when I try to change what writes to a specific address, the game crashes after having replaced the code with "Nothing". Why is this happening? _________________

Maybe put a 0 instead of nothing. _________________

say what!, 0 = crash
I think Canis means nopping. The game might have protection or the instructions might control other things aswell.
Right click the instruction in the memory viewer and see what addresses access it.
Or do a google search for your game and see if it has any sort of memory protection. _________________

I'm into Step 7 of the tutorial now. I will take on the whole tutorial and then take on the game. _________________

If the game has protection, I don't know. But I will look in the Memory Viewer as you said. _________________
