How do I cheat?

Game "Race Driver GRID 1.3" halt during 3..10 seconds after run CE or run its installer.
The problem was observed on "Windows XP" with CE5.5 and "Windows 7" with CE5.5 and CE5.6. No problems with old game version 1.2.
An attempt to start the game when running CE ends in failure. Even if close the CE game sometimes can't start until restart the computer.
No problem with others cheat programs (but they not so usefull).

What it can be?

It seems game is just CE guarded.
