Well first off scan with malwarebytes and superantispyware. they are both free, and remove everything they can then go get avg, aviria or some other form of free anti-virus. Also try to calm down and be a little bit more descriptive.

Open IE, Internet Options, connections. Make sure there are no dial up settings.

Click on LAN Settings. Uncheck "Use a proxy..." and the autodetect settings.







I had a similar problem, and I was baffled when this method worked.
