Might need to set up Picasa for your accout, I'm not sure.
Pretty neat, though the links up top are still white and some of the text on the page is hard to read.

EDIT: It does take a second to load the image. It should be cached or something -- the blank white
page is too bright, and somehow disconcerting.I've wanted to change the background of too-bright web
pages for nighttime viewing for a while... just too lazy to do it myself with Stylish or something.

800x600 with no exceptions. It wont even use a smaller image.
