Well...
1. Don't use cough SYRUP. Use gel tabs, specifically Robitussin DM Cough brand. They look red. The syrup grinds away your kidneys. If you look any bit of yellow, doctor immediately!
DXM (Dextromethorphan) is the active ingredient in almost all cough medicines, and the ONLY thing you need to trip balls, so make sure whatever you get only has DXM in it. High levels of acetaminophen is probably the reason you're shaking right now, and it's really harsh on your liver and kidneys
2. Drink fucktons of water
3. Get some potassium, should stop some spasms, if you're having any.
4. Take a shower, and try to relax your body.
5. Go to sleep on your side, pretty sure it wont happen, but you may puke if you're going through a withdrawal.

Well I assumed you were trying to do the whole trip out on cold medicine thing. How much Tylenol did you take and why?
btw, Tylenol is pretty much nothing but acetaminophen.

It was Tylenol 3's, which have codeine in them, I cold water filtered 12 of them so I only had the codeine so I didn't hurt myself with all that APAP, but 2 hours prior I had 4 Tylenol 3's because my teeth are really hurting and I think my wisdom teeth are coming in. Yesterday I had 10 with out filtering because I was in a hurry to go to school.
