Okay here's the thing...
Everytime I start my game, I'll have to assemble a codecave at the location:
00400019 - fmul qword ptr [00400025]
0040001F - jmp 0060093A
00400024 - nop
Which means I'll have to poke...
00400019 - DC 0D 25 00 40 00
0040001F - E9 1C 09 20 00
00400024 - 90
Or
00400019 - DC 0D 25 00 40 00 E9 1C 09 20 00 90
And also, I'll have to change the EIP of 0060093A to 00400019.
Okay enough of all those crap. So maybe... You can implement a function to automate this. Like...
Right Click > Always change value to > DC 0D 25 00 40 00 E9 1C 09 20 00 90
This way I won't have to keep on reassembling the 00400019 cave again and again everytime I restart my game.
And also maybe...
Right Click > Always change register to > EIP 00400019
So that everytime I restart my game, or restart Cheat Engine, it'll automatically be changed to the stuff I want. Maybe have the "Always-Change-To Value" stored in the CheatTable. Then like let CE scan whether it's correct every say... X seconds where you can change the timing. So everytime I start the game I'll get the code cave and the EIP automatically done for me =)

changing registers automatically or on hotkeys is impossible.
to poke stuff just write a auto assemble script and add it to the table
