Why is my Ping so high? How do I lower it?

Try other servers close by, and use pingtest.net

I tried all the close-by servers. Also, I can only get up to 20kb/s on uTorrent. I usually get 700-1mb/s. I'm wired btw.

Ok close all your internet using applications, like firefox and utorrent, then open up control panel and go to networking tab.
It should stay at 0%, if there's still activity then virus get.
