I know I can do it frame by frame, but that takes forever..

Adobe After Effects has a function where you can draw a quadrilateral around part of a scene, and it will try and follow it frame by frame. You usually have to tweak it a bit, but it is otherwise pretty good.

That is called mocha, as for tracking they did just make the rotobrush tool for after effects CS5. Thats pretty good if you tune it up. But if you dont know how to use after effects its very confusing and while make you hate it lol.
