i have been trying to finsd 5.3 but i ant find on website why cant i find?

It has been removed to make room for newer versions, I suppose.
Lucky for you, I keep an archive of old cheat engine versions.
You can download 5.3 here.

same reason as always: Seeing a youtube movie where they used ce 5.3 or reading an old tutorial that mentions ce 5.3
