Without border. Make it clear that there's something wrapped around his neck if you can, because it has a sorta floating head syndrome thing going on. Nice one.

Looks good but his eyes look as if they're a lower quality than everything else. You can't see that they're open like they are in the original.

I'm going to agree with what konr said, the lighting around his neck is a tad too bright so it looks like he's decapitated unless you give it a good look x_x

I suppose it's just the stock itself that's partially to blame, from what you have of it it just looks like there's a random... something... on his neck.

Technically it's great though. :]
