Sorry, I never go on RS, this is for people who don't go on RS then...
I posted this in GD and CT because not all people browse the whole forum.
This is related to Computer Talk, and General Discussion.
I hope there isn't a problem with double topic's.
Just thought I'd get the word around that Portal is free and awesome and free.

The game is free until the 24th so get the full version before time runs out.

Yes, and the whole 5 minutes it could take, omg, the pressure. Why are you asking if you have to download the whole thing? Once you click it, it would sync to your account anyway. Its yours for good.

I just hope this means portal2 hits soon.

I should, this is a brilliant marketing idea.

Thousands will sign up to steam just for this free game, and thousands more who already use steam will add this.

Then after they've played it and loved it valve bust out portal 2 and everyone buys it quickly as they remember how fun the first was.
Valve can also pop up steam news on their computer showing its released.

Its a bit harder than it was before. I already took note of a few chambers that changed.
