No templates, but advice, turn your weakness, no work experience, into an advantage. No work experience means you don't have any patterns, you've never been taught a specific way to do something that might be different from the place you're applying. It's easier to write on a blank piece of paper than to erase one with marks and then write on it.

I think the best way to do it is to be your self and show your eagerness.

You're just gonna have to go by your school grades, which I hope are good. It's okay you have no work experience because you're sort of young. But it is worth it to instead put the emphasis on soft skills then. Like how good you are at communicating, working in a team, etc. So then under work experience, you would then put projects that you've done. Don't put tiny ones. Say ummm you won a school competition and you led your team to compete in a larger one. That would demonstrate leadership skills. You wanna be smart how you put them down though. You shouldn't have to tell them what you are good at, they should be able to extract that from what you have written.
Don't lie. Your lack of experience is fine for your age. Just focus on other things that you are good at. If they are looking for an employee of your age, they're probably looking mostly for enthusiasm, that you're hardworking and gets on well with other people. Depending what you're applying for, perhaps they're looking for someone with potential in that area. Dunno what you're applying for.

Try to get references like a teacher if you have no past employers.
or if you ever helped out somewhere get them to be a reference

Inject the employer with pills. Then rape him or her.
They'll be to happy, they'll give you a job.
