Its sonic adventure 2 battle and no. It needs some basic hardware to run. It takes less than the ps2 emulator though. GCs were weird and some games wont run, but super mario sunshine and SA2B seem perfect. SSBM has lag in places.

dolphin will read the GC disks or I have to DL the games?

It can read the discs but it wont read mine. Idk why, I have a multi burner/reader. I saw you need an LG burner to rip the games so it may need one to read. GC and Wii read games backwards to regular cds.
