Pyro is pretty much a support class now
they also buffed the heavy for no apparent reason

I like being pyro though, that, engi, and scout are only classes i use.
O, and also spy, though usually only if something needs to be sapped

This is great. This is a Pyro buff imho... I use the shotgun more myself. I've been hoping for reflected mini-crits for so bloody long.
The heavy buff is welcome as well. |

Nerfing the flamethrower when pyro is a close-quarters class.
Makes perfect sense bro

Axetinguisher, hurf durf. Pyro was always my favorite class even though I could do so much better with Demoman. Lighting people on fire appeals to me.
This actually makes him viable, considering the flamethrower is terrible for doing damage anyways (shotgun had more DPS, lolol). |

The flamethrower nerf was actually a stealth backburner buff. It makes the backburner a legitimate choice and not just crafting material.
Useless W+M1 pyro? Use backburner.
Useful Pybro? Use default. |
