| Replace. They only cost like 20 bucks tops. Cheaper ones are 7 bucks.

fans aren't expensive.... you can get a decent one for like 5$.
why spend a shit load of money on a case fan unless you want like a silent solution.

No, but a fan for 5 bucks is bound to die easily. You get what you pay for. I am unafraid to spend 20 bucks on a fan if its for the sake of my pc.
