TF2 can run on any pc from the passed 10 years. How can it not handle it?

512 MB RAM, 32bit, And cant even run AQW on high quality.

Well as an update, You can apparently download a modded patch which allows you to overwrite the keybind restriction, where ValveEditor is now working again.
Ive been having fun with noclip.
