Well, the shit im in is.

His reason for attacking him is completely useless.. And he isnt my best friend or anything but he is my classmate.

1. Go there and defend him.
2. Tell him you're not gonna defend him cos he's a retard or something.

It isn't a court hearing. I just have to go into a room or something and be a witness. And im sure he wouldnt be upset if I didn't
