How do I cheat?

Hey, I've noticed that any online game (I am NOT talking about GameGuard shit and stuff just that in every online game even without GameGuard or any other protection stuff) I am not able to hack more than CS (Client-Side - Only I see it)

So how can I hack online games?

or you can try to find some exploits or tamper with server packets.

but you CAN go on youtube and search WPE Pro. I'm sure there are plenty of tutorials on how to work it.
