I have a 150 watt PSU on my old old old computer that came from some Navy office way back when because they were buying new computers but couldn't be bothered to actually sell the old once since they weren't worth 1/10th what they were when they were originally purchased and it was highly unlikely that anyone would even be interested in buying some lame computer.

In short, a have a cheap Navy computer.
