Just as I clicked clear download history, I noticed one called Unconfirmed Download_1811 - Finished or something similar. Should I just run a scan?

you were probably deleting download history cause you downloaded porn, which is where you probably got your virus sir.

Probably whats worse is that it was gay porn so you got AIDs Virus from butt sex.
