Cheat Engine

Is it possible to make cheat engine into a full DLL file. If yes could i inject cheat engine into the game and that it knows to scan codes in that game.
If this worked i would use winject and cheat engine

It might be possible but for what reason ?

It will still be detected
And if the problem is opening/reading/writing the processmemory, enable kernelmode openprocess /read/write and query memory regions, and if that even fails, the virtualpagedir plugin
