I'm making a website and I need to know how to float text over images in Dreamweaver, the site is going to have updates almost every day.
Example: http://www.eventhubs.com
See how the text floats over the boxes where the article is?
can someone halp?

Um... Best that you don't use tables for anything, ever.
If you want the image to cover the entire background of the page, then use CSS:

If you want to make a certain spot hold the image, use HTMLl to contain the image generated by the CSS.
