hello,
is there an way to take the full bandwidth of the internet coz my sis is watching animes online and downloading i have at css about 300-400 ping
but when i complain about it by my mom my sis needs to go off the pc and my ping restores to 30-50 ping,
so is there an program/script/something that gives me the internet back

| No. Your sister is pretty much hogging most of the internet. You need a better ISP or for her to take a rest.

my sis is freaking anoying so that wont work and my isp is very good but i have 2 routers one for the cables thats were my sis is behind and two the wireless so i have wireless and she wire and whar is QOS??

most routers nowdays have brandwith management options which lets you control how much of the brandwith you are assigning to the local IPs.
go to
http://192.168.1.1
and check if you have that option.

Yes, go to your internet connection properties, and click the QoS thing in the list, and click properties.
Figure it out from there.
