Download that and it will allow you to use unsigned, unofficial themes created my 3rd party windows users. That just lets you use themes.
To find themes, go to www.deviantart.com.

There isn't an official Windows 7 themes section but you can just search for them in the search bar.

  1. This isn't a board that really deals with Windows theming explicitly, so it doesn't deserve a sticky.
  2. It's pretty common knowledge anyway. Google deals in common knowledge.

Kardi, you really do love that post I made for you ages ago huh.
I think there should be a tutorial sticky.
People must PM an admin a tutorial or good links etc, and they can update the sticky.
