2 of both
edit:
I'm thinking of
Corsair DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHz 4GB (5-5-5-15) (Kit of 2 - 2GB)
145$, should I get 2 of em?
or
Corsair DDR2 XMS2 PC2-8500 1066MHz 2GB (5-5-5-15)(Kit of 2 - 1GB)
120$, 2 of em for sure if im getting that.
everest on motherboard:
Memory Bus Properties
Bus Type Dual DDR2 SDRAM
Max 8 GB 1200 MHz DDR2 SDRAM

| Just get the 2x2GB instead of mixing and matching DIMMs. There isn't a huge real-world difference between the two clocks, I'd say the higher ones are more for overclocking the FSB...

Only if you want to overclock your cpu so it requires cooling with liquid nitrogen go with the xms, else just use the 2x2GB

| ram speed is practically irrelevant in real world performance outside of it being potentially useful for overclocking
