Hi
i am new to this but i was wondering if u can use CE on programs like flashget, BT and mirc, does it actually increase the download rate.
And also i don't really know how to change the sleeptime and the speed to make it faster, perhaps some1 can explain this to me.

There are *many* factors that determine your download rate. More then likely though, you'll benefit a lot more by learning the 'way' the sytem you're using (be it torrents, or some other form of P2P) functions, then configure your client properly. As for MIRC, unless there are specific exploits for the current 'server' the person is using (which could darn near be anything...), it'd be hard to change those download speeds, which are set by the server. So this is a very very very general question, and it'd simply be impossible to give 1 answer to.. so... Maybe? Maybe Not?

Again, too broad a question, so quite simply. No.
In the end, I do know what you're asking. In the end, I also know that you dont know much about how these networks function, so if you were to be lead down a path to 'higher speedz0rz!!!' then you could possibly corrupt that system in some way, or make it a 'bad experience' for others. Once you learn how the individual systems 'function' (and there is much documentation on this all over google), then you'll be able to answer these questions yourself.. Or at least know 'in what way' they could be 'fooled', and ask how to execute that method, using CE.
