hao2fix? also shows in the auto tune section of CCC that its at 160mhz.

Power settings maybe? Have you tried changing the clock?

Aww I expected more people + rage. Its not underclocked, its idle. When you arent play games or anything it clocks down to cool down and such. While playing a game it goes back up.

Jeeze, I wanted some pc nerd rage.

Power settings then.

I know my nvidia card doesn't do that and I wouldn't want it to either.

/facepalm Its power saving. Even if I set the videocard to OC or anything it would still UC when not at any type of real load.
