I find being bored makes you hungry. Try keeping yourself busy. It'll make you think less about food.
You need some meat/alternatives and dairy in that diet. Try eating eggs and cereal for breakfast instead. Better little than none.
You could have your dairy in your snacks too. Make a smoothie by blending fruit and milk. Tastes surprisingly good.
Your last meal should be at least 2 hours before bed time. Try getting rid of your bed snack and stick with dinner alone.
Yes, you need meat for many reasons that are still oblivious to me, although the eggs I mentioned could subsidize for that.

| Whey protein and fruit? Bleh. Eat what the P90X program says to eat, I really wouldn't recommend just whey protein and fruit.

I always think that I will look better, if not great, and it is healthier for me to shed the extra pounds. This simple thought always keep me motivated to go on with my exercise and diet program.Building muscle takes time. Be patient. If you keep working them and eating right with a decent amount of protien you will start to see the muscle.

Just eat less, do pushups and situps
and run around the block

join a gym and eat as less as possible but don't starve. Muscle mass+ weight loss garuanteed.

Seriously, i wonder how simple this thing is and still people can't find a way to gain/lose weight. If you're young and can do exercises, weight loss shouldn't be a problem.
