So I finally found a wallpaper that suits my taste and needs, and had to edit it because of size problems. But when I open it with Photoshop, I lose a lot of color quality for some reason (see image). Halp!

its not doing that for me and also you can use other programs to edit the picture size like Microsoft Photo editor

It's not just the picture size I was going to change or else I could just use window's fill option for wallpapers. I wanted to edit some things along with the size.
