Possible or not?
Just want to try out another monitor on a very old computer before my other machine comes
Anyway, I see 2 VGA holes in the back but one of them doesn't seem to work. :( I think it's not possbile but http://www.nvidia.com/page/geforce2mx.html says otherwise.

It does work, you will just need to enable it, but first download the latest drivers first from Nvidia's site.
Btw, most of your cards only has 1 VGA, does yours really have two on the card itself?

It has 2 slots but I'm not sure if it's connected to the card. Because you know, It's not working and shit.
Eh, I have 3 slots on the back. With only one of them working. NVidia says it's possible to multi screen. So yeah 2 of those 3 slots should work right?

In order for you to setup multiple display support, it's better off that the ports are on a single graphic card. If you have a VGA port on individual graphic cards or one of them is on the motherboard itself, it will need to be from the same graphic chipset to ensure optimal compatibility.
take a pic of the ports on the back side of your pc and post it here.

Here it is. [I only had 2 VGA slots] I thought it was three.
The slot where the Blue VGA cable is connected is the one that's working
and the slot where the black VGA cable is connected doesn't

The reason the black isn't working is because since you have a discrete card plugged in, the board will automatically disabled the onboard graphics.
If the black connect was right next to your blue, then you can have 2 screens at the same time.
Newer boards will allow you to use both the onboard and discrete graphic card.

Buy a new video card and you're set. Most can do dual but most also only have multiple DVI.

Using my cintiq now as a main monitor.
Well my, Asus g73 will be a bit late and the cintiq came first.
AND YES LOL I KNOW ITS OLD.
I'VE BEEN USING IT FOR 5 YEARS TLL NOW.
And hero, that be out of the question. My CPU is obsolete and has no point in upgrading it. I might as well buy a new build lol.

Eh, thanks for the help but I guess I'll just wait for my new machine before trying out dual screens.
