How do i make my PC faster and get for GB cause I can only use 19GB my PC is only an AMD Athlon???So how do i make my PC work faster

Registry cleaners dont work well, i did a CLEAN in stall of XP at tech and got about 300 errors

could be some Hotfixis, but yeah it happens on the first scan
