Sure wish there were some sort of...search...engine that you could look stuff like this up on...oh well, one day we'll have that technology.
And by the way, the thermal specification for the E4500 is 73 degrees, so...

At 100% load my temperatures are around 50 - 60 degrees.

| Way too high for the correct use of a heatsink/fan and thermal paste (without volt-modding or overclocking).

The thermal specification Intel lists isn't the die temperature, it's the heat spreader... so he's probably not over it, just a couple under or floating at it in reality heh.
OP your heatsink is fucked dawg take a look at it

| my PC doesnt have the best ventilation atm but my active temp for the CPU is 45° C , idle temp is 38-40°C and max during simulation processing is 60°C
