Im 17, my step sister kicked me out and has got all my clothes and my gaming computer at hers and she is not giving it back untill my dad gives her more money for me being there.
She has all ready been given -
£300 Bed (Was given to me but she took it)
Washing Machine
Television
What can I do legaly and illegaly ?

Call the cops.
If she is currently your legal guardian then you can sue her for being a bitch ass hoe of a guardian.

She was palnninng to kick me out after two months and so I was trying to find a place to move to and she found out I was moving and had a go at me and kicked me out.

I have recipts for most the stuff in there just incase of anything going faulty.
And I stayed there for about a week and a half and my dad gave her money for it even when she said she didnt want any money.
She was given a load of stuff and I only used the shower three times and about 5 hours of electricity whilst I was there and she wouldnt even let me wash my clothes, so I had to ask my girlfriend to do it, how bad is that.
