Can this be done? My netbooks main user is the backup admin on x due to how I intalled the OS on the netbook. Works fine, no issues, but making a second user it only lets it be an admin. I want to let my sister use it and I truly dont trust her. The limited user doesnt even become lite. Can this be solved?

If you can't do it in User Settings, you probably won't be able to do it in regedit.

Ok I fixed it. The issue was that I was running off the backup admin. It also explains why there was no restrictions on the HDD when I put the HDD in my desktop to move my stuff.

All is fixed.
