Just posting my findings here:

Windows live so debugging is a bit tricky, will try kernelmode debugging (with dbvm tomorrow (currently in 64-bit and don't feel like crashing, still a 10% chance of freezing when enabling dbvm))

possible usable pointers for money,adam, bioammo and health:

(how to use: just copy/paste this into cheat engine)

Personal review of the game:
It's ok, same environment and graphics as bioshock1, too bad it has some horrible control bugs, like rebinding the use key till requires you to use the original "use" key for certain things
and the mouse is too fast in the menu system
