Dear openerz Member,


A few days ago you received an email from us saying that the Dragon Age: Orgins - X360 you redeemed in late December was not currently available to be shipped. The email also gave you the choice of waiting a little while for your prize or canceling your redemption and having your 100 PTZ reinstated.


Well, we now realize that several members who received that email shouldn't have received it because they had actually already received their prize! You are one of these members.


Sorry, but you won't be receiving a second Dragon Age: Orgins - X360 and you are not eligible to have your 100 PTZ reinstated.
