Reading this will give you a general understanding on how this machine works. Guns go in the slots for each one. The text screen shows the order of the numbers 1>2>3>4>5>6, this means that it goes from left to right, left is one right is six. It also shows the numbers of each gun on the text screen. Mp5 is number one, so it goes in the far left slot.
After Spawning it, there is one thing you need to do because advanced duplicator does not like wiremod. Go to the console screen, scroll down to reset, wire reset to any number and then unwire it.
