if it get's to about 80+ while playing an intensive game, you should open your case to look if the gpu is filled with dust or something and clean it.
Of course you can do that now if you want, but you shouldn't worry too much about those temps.

normal on newer GPU's, they'll try to ramp up the fan when it gets too toasty, or you can do it yourself.

Thats about right. Depends if other fans are blowing off heat. I know on one of my desktops the heatsink fan blows off heat from the video card to.
